Stephen Sheppard
President
After graduating from College of the North Atlantic’s Architectural Engineering Technology program, Stephen started his career with Amec America’s (now WOOD). He took the lead in developing the 3D Revit model for the Waterford Valley High School, located in St. John’s, Newfoundland. After a short duration, Stephen joined the team at Hampton Building Systems, where he worked for the next 7 years as a drafter, estimator, customer service representative, and safety officer.
Entrepreneurial Vision & Industry Expertise
Through this journey, Stephen has gained critical knowledge of commercial construction, building components, critical detailing, as well as the safety requirements and safety culture surrounding the construction industry. With these skills in hand, Stephen chose to start his own company to further his career goals, family, and the Town of Gander’s business community, while helping customers across Canada.
